YOUR HOME REMODELING JOURNEY

Taking notes, investigating, educating

Phone consultation

The first step in your kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, trim replacement, or door replacement journey is a consultation with our team. We’ll discuss your vision, budget, and timeline. Whether you're looking for a quick kitchen remodel or a complete bathroom renovation, we’ll provide expert advice and guidance.

In-home consultation

After our initial consultation, we'll schedule an in-home visit to further discuss your project. We'll take measurements, discuss materials, and refine your budget. Whether you're looking for a quick kitchen remodel, a luxury bathroom renovation, or simple trim replacement, we'll work closely with you to bring your vision to life.

DESIGNING/ESTIMATING

After our in-home consultation, we'll begin crafting a detailed design plan and a comprehensive estimate based on your initial wants and needs. This can include a breakdown of the project timeline and a total project cost. Whether you're dreaming of a quick kitchen remodel, a luxurious bathroom renovation, or a simple trim replacement, we'll provide a clear and transparent proposal based on the consultations.

DESIGNING/QUOTING

If J&M Elite Construction was able to meet your budget during the estimating phase and you want to move forward, you'll sign the estimate. After signing the estimate, we'll request a deposit based on a percentage of the project total to secure your project and schedule it. This deposit also covers the time we spend meeting with subcontractors at your home and design costs.

We'll then work together to refine the estimate and select all the exact materials for your project. Once the design is finalized, we'll have subcontractors like electricians, plumbers, and HVAC technicians visit your home to provide exact quotes vs estimates. We'll incorporate these quotes along with the selected materials into the initial estimate, resulting in an official quote that reflects the exact cost of your project. This is the final step before scheduling your project.
